Honour Your Flow pads are made in the UK mostly by mothers working from home. Even the fabric is hand dyed making the pattern on each pad totally unique.

Reusable sanitary pads suitable for your Regular menstrual flow days, made with two layers of organic cotton fleece inside as well as a hidden layer of waterproof PUL, and all backed with organic cotton jersey.

The core of these pads is where the layers are sewn in, making them extra comfortable but with the added absorbency down the middle where it’s needed. 2 snap setting allow a choice of fit.

Machine Washable up to 60 degrees.
It is recommended to wash with dark colours for the first few washes, and also give your pads a stretch when they come out of the machine to help them return to their shape.
