Sensitivity

Comes in a wealth of different forms...and on different levels for from our dietary requirements, our cognitive make up, right down to our emotions, our brains and our bodies react in different ways to external stimuli...and this is what makes us unique ❤️

Our skin is often something we associate with being sensitive, and we're conditioned by marketing to understand there are things we can try to lessen
discomfort by choosing specific products or brands...

Conditioning

Words like "non-bio", "fragrance free", "organic" and "natural" are used to make us believe we are buying into something which is specifically designed to be less irritant 🤲

But sometimes we're being sold a dream. Our deepest insecurities are being played upon to make us feel like what make us us, is a negative aspect that can be solved by a '“wonder product” of a lotion or potion 🧴

I often get caught up in this too. But fabric cloth pads are one of the few genuinely few changes that can actually improve life for those of us who feel discomfort from disposable products.

Back to basics

I'm a back to basics person when it comes to what we actually need. Stripping everything back to what is a small fabric garment serving the simplest of purposes in an effortless way. No gimmicks.

I'm in love with the concept that simple breathability and less plastic near to your skin can be a revelation if you've not been brave enough to try them before.

How many ways are you sensitive? and does it have an impact on your daily life?
